During this informal and interactive session, be prepared to SHARE your library’s stories, LISTEN to the testimonials of others, and LEARN from the experiences of your colleagues.
UP FOR DISCUSSION
This retreat is the perfect opportunity to talk about issues that matter most to you! However, topics that may be discussed include: what’s new; 2011 budget outlook; advocacy; resources that help you stay current; collection development; technology; collaborative partnerships and projects; strategic planning; relationship building – trustees/municipality/county; local management issues; doing more with less; and so much more!!
Also, WVLS folks will highlight the latest and greatest information from recent conferences and get you up to speed on what’s happening at WVLS!
